I developed and prepared this menu recently for one of my clients.
Ideal Protein Diet – Suffolk County, Long Island
Menu for March 2014
Herb Marinated Chicken
Chicken marinated with white wine, extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar, basil, oregano, onion powder, and garlic.
Served with Broccoli with Red Pepper Flakes and Toasted Garlic
Marinated Filet Mignon
Filet Marinated with soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, H2O, garlic, and a dash of pepper
Served with Cauliflower Popcorn (Stevia will replace the sugar)
Mediterranean Swordfish
Swordfish marinated with olive oil, lemon, H2O, oregano, ideal salt, a dash of pepper, and garlic.
Served with Thyme-Garlic Roasted Asparagus
Balsamic Mustard Chicken
Chicken breast marinated with Walden Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette (sugar-free), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, hot mustard, and ideal salt, and pepper. Served with Sautéed Zucchini
Sweet & Semi Spicy Pork Tenderloin
Tenderloin of pork rubbed with a spice blend made of cumin, cinnamon, ideal salt, black pepper, allspice, garlic powder, chipotle, Stevia, garlic, and hot pepper sauce. Served with Mustard Brussels Sprouts
Snack bags of sliced, Red-Yellow-Orange Bell Peppers, Green Beans, Snap Peas, and Sliced Cucumber
